I Have To Admit This Is Embarrassing!

Embarrassing event

I have to admit this is embarrassing to write, because I am sharing something so personal with you, which I never thought I would ever talk about publicly. But if it helps just one person, like you, it’s worth sharing!

When you are sick, it sucks. There is no doubt about that. Extra pain on top of pain, can hurt like hell!

(If you didn’t know I have been having a lot of pelvic pain due to an infection, I had to have antibiotics for this, which ended yesterday. I also went to the Doctor’s yesterday and have two creams, 1 for inflammation and another for ringworm on my arm!!!)

But… when you are right about something and something is working, you shouldn’t try to fix something that isn’t broken.

However, sometimes you want to test the waters, and you break things, in order to improve other things, in theory!

But… sometimes the reality is, you were succeeding and doing so well. You changed something and then you see a decline in your health in more ways than 1.

I recently removed 2 food items, one that I eat almost daily and one that I eat at least 3 times a week, but haven’t done so for the last week. Result is poor skin, poor bowel movements… to add to my infection problem. I instantly added 1 back when I thought about what I changed, result, literally back to normal bowel movement, instead of straining on the toilet for 20 minutes, feeling like you are about to give birth! Only what pops out, or doesn’t and you have to help it, is pretty yucky to the eye!

The other 1 key ingredient to not just get healthier skin, but to decrease inflammation in multiple areas of your body, and providing less pain and more body flexibility, I go back to eating this tonight… If you have read my Fibromyalgia Self-Help Handbook, you will know what this key ingredients is. Here is the link. If you haven’t got your copy yet, get it now, before it’s too late and you end up in pain like I was last night https://amzn.to/2DuR9nn

And yes, I recommend to eat this every day, or at least every other day, 4th day without this, and your health is a goner! This hasn’t happened before as far as I can remember, unless I am on holiday and can’t get this ingredient! I have never actively chosen to not eat this, since 2014. It wasn’t that I intended to not ever eat it again, I just wanted to have a change! Sometimes change can be a good thing, in this case, not… it’s what can happen if you don’t take this…

I admit I give great advice in my books, which sometimes even I don’t always take every bit of, for myself, consistently. My friends who buy my books end up quoting my own wise words back to me. I need to re-read them to give myself a refresher! Which I do! I am not perfect and I cock-up every now and then. This has been a major cock-up for my health, but I have learned so much from this experience… and a good lesson to learn. Remove one variable at a time and you get shit, or not – as was the case with the first food, before I added it back.

I never planned to do a health experiment. But what I have learned once again, is to always, always, trust your own judgement, and when something is right, even though it may not be doing what the majority do, keep it! And if others want to be helped too by it, then that’s great! At least you know that you are 100% right, and it works crazily well and can help others if they want it to.

By now I guess you are wondering what luscious food I eat to maintain regular bowel movement and stop yourself from blocking up. So the big reveal… Hazelnut+Cacao Paleo Bars, which you can get here https://amzn.to/3erQksx They are made of fruits and nuts only, cold pressed, no crap, just good food to feed your body! And better than eating chocolate. Also suitable for vegetarians and gluten free.

If you want to know the other food ingredient, to not just get healthier skin, but to decrease inflammation in multiple areas of your body, and provide less pain and more body flexibility, get a copy of my Fibromyalgia Self-Help Handbook. Why get the book? Because it also has a whole holistic plan, for managing Fibromyalgia, so if you have a chronic pain condition although you need this essential food, you also need it as part of a holistic health regime I go through in each chapter of the book, to have less pain, more energy, feel happier, and not just eat this and do nothing else. If you haven’t got your copy yet, get it now, before it’s too late and you end up in pain with no remedy to get your life back on track. Here is the link https://amzn.to/2DuR9nn

Even if you don’t have Fibro, it can still help to reduce your pain and give you more energy, so you feel happier, https://amzn.to/2DuR9nn

I highly recommend this book

Fibro book recommendation

Today is my birthday and I am having a solo birthday party. To celebrate, I wanted to share with you this recommendation of my Fibromyalgia Self-Help Handbook from someone who is my bestest asexual friend and has been virtually looking after me super well from afar. They recently bought me some very expensive health products and I am very thankful and grateful to them for doing so. This person has one of the most beautiful souls and hearts I have ever met in my life, it’s just a bonus that they love my books too, and get so impacted in a good way by them. They often say to me about their Sandra Bellamy Bookshelf on Kindle, on their computer, is waiting for the next book, and they always like to buy each of my books in both electronic Kindle format and physical form too. I was so happy to see they wrote, “I highly recommend this book”. Here is the UK link https://amzn.to/3b03ThB and elsewhere https://amzn.to/3eLBrT5 so you can buy your copy now!

I have a full day planned for my birthday today. Including watching 3 new movies I bought myself on disc, two of which I have never seen before, so it’s going to be like going to the cinema to see two new films. I have Birthday Girl Balloons and more Balloons, currently all over my bed; Happy Birthday Confetti, in every room – including the toilet, 3 presents to open from my best female friend later on this morning. I am taking myself with a tuna salad lunch, live streaming my present opening on my www.youtube.com/asexualisemyasexuallife channel and hopefully Facebook at the same time. I also have a Birthday Banner which I haven’t done much with yet, and popcorn to go with the films. My dad is dropping my presents off at 2pm – mum is self isolating until at least June 16th, (maybe until Christmas now) as she is high risk category and had a letter from her Doctor to tell her to do so. I will be talking to another best asexual friend on the phone and Sam I will Skype with later, no doubt through until the early hours of Saturday. Our last Skype session was over 15 hours!

I recently completed two online courses, that took me just over a month to do. One was about how to make money online, and the other was primary about one of the systems I will be using to do that, for my new online businesses. I am planning to launch a total of 3 new businesses this year and currently learning so much, which is one of the reasons I haven’t been around often. I have also been creating digital products to sell too. I still have to finish writing my Asexual Guide To Sex book and get that published this year, which is my top priority for next month, now I have finished my two online courses. So yeah, no rest for the good!!! But I am excited for the year ahead and to see what actually happens. Which businesses work best, which I enjoy the most. But, after all these 10 years of blogging – later this year it will be my 10 year blogging anniversary. Writing is still, and always will be, my number one passion in life, because I get messages from people who’s life has been changed or saved by one or more of my books, and that is priceless and my lasting legacy. I sell books each month, but I can’t currently live off that money, as it’s not enough, but one day I believe that will be very different, and I will also be doing other things too.

Wishing you a fabulous weekend ahead and here is the UK link https://amzn.to/3b03ThB and elsewhere https://amzn.to/3eLBrT5 so you can buy your copy of Fibromyalgia Self- Help Handbook now!

As always, keep being quirky and write soon

How To Write A Book The Easy Way!!!!

A book starts with one word
Writing a book is easy

1. Big Picture – Start with a one-line summary of your novel
2. Three Acts – Write a synopsis including the 3 acts of your book
3. Spotlight – Write one-page descriptions on each character (very important)
4. Location, Location, Location – Build the setting(s) and determine their significance
5. I or You – Decide on the P.O.V. – it can make or break your novel!
6. It’s About Time – Create a pace between scenes and be consistent
7. Pen to Paper – Write your first draft (and then your 2nd, 3rd…)
8. Edit Out – Self-edit and then send out to a Editor
9. Edit In – Revise and Rewrite
10. Off to the Presses – Publish your book. Just do it!
11. Go out and celebrate, because you deserve it!

I am currently working on my latest non-fiction Quirky Book, “How To Manage Fibromyalgia Like A Superhero Rockstar”, there is a subtitle too. I started to write some of it in draft form about 6-8 weeks ago, and as Lady Gaga recently came out about having Fibromyalgia, I thought it’s time to type it up and finish writing it. This is challenging for me, as now I have finished typing up most of draft, I am having to type up the book straight from my head to the Mac screen. It is really hard doing his, but good to stretch and challenge me at the same time. It is something I have not tried to do much of. As I am writing the majority of the book like this and still having to make it impactful and logical in order, I think this is a writing skill that is on another level entirely. It requires a humongous degree of focus and determination, and of thinking on my brain feet. I am still making little notes and prompts to help me, as the book is unfolding, and still have  a few notes and points to add, that I already made. I am slower than I would like to be, but this is a quality short book, so I don’t want to rush it and not make it as good as it can be, without it going on forever. I have learnt that perfectionism can kill the writer, just as much as procrastination, and one can lead to the other anyway. So I am going to do my best, then hit that publish button and believe it is good enough. But I still have much work to do on it, as it is a deep book that not many will have thought about the content for, as I am presenting it. You know that every book I write is different and a Quirky Book, and as usual, I will be crossing over genres. This book is an autobiographical, How-To, self-help book. And will be a fabulous read. You can pick up some skills from it, even if you don’t have Fibro. I have also got a Fab outfit for the AD … All will be revealed in the future xxxx

Until next time, stay quirky and write soon
