Well the first month of the new year is over, you have set those new year’s resolutions, written a ton of goals, and looked at EVERYTHING you need to do over the next 90 days and for the rest of the year! Last year, in September, I was feeling overwhelm and burnt out! It was a time when my brain just wanted to shut down and this quirky method helped me to get back on track and feel better! When I finally started to feel better, I then had the task of catching up with all the stuff I couldn’t do while not feeling good! But… I had to do things differently, or I knew I would end up burnt out again – and once I discovered this “focus on one” method, it helped me move forward with my life and get back on track like a choo choo train!
