Which Christmas Decoration Will You Miss The Most?

Every year I feel a little sad when I have to take my Christmas decorations down. I have two Santa Christmas tree decorations that are glittery and I usually miss the most, This Christmas however, I have two new decorations from Disney Paris to miss. Which Christmas decoration will you miss the most?

      1. It was a snowy village 🙂 She placed couple of buildings on my reflector with a snowman and a small tree, and put cotton wool around it to make it look like snow.

  2. Mom loves when the Christmas stuff is down. Everything is back to looking sleek, uncluttered, and neat. What I’ll miss most is the gingerbread house that was on the coffee table. I had big plans for that thing….. *sigh*

    1. I finally finished taking them down, over two and half hours later. I am trying to put files and things in the loft out of my cupboard to make room for more self employment files. Not as exciting as putting Christmas decorations up, but it’s got to be done. I am guessing you had no decorations up because you were so poorly? How are you now?

        Yes. My balance won’t let me go up ladders and my hands can’t do fiddly things. But I did put out all the Xmas cards I got ! How are you ?

      2. I am good thanks. Worn out in a good way. It has been a housey day all day today. I finished hoovering my home and scrubbing all of the floors. Just uploading a new YouTube video – Make 2015 The Party Of Your Life – while eating more cereal before embarking on the ton of washing up!

      4. Oh – Inbox, yep! That’s a different story for me. I have to do a blog post with my video in it soon. I also have to prepare for a class next week, but going to do that later today (Wed) now.

      8. Hi Ralph, that’s awesome. Thanks for your lovely comments about my looks, that’s lovely of you. I was washing up until the early hours last night, then discovered my fridge/freezer had packed up and had that crisis to deal with. It’s taken me all afternoon to source a replacement for tomorrow. I have to have to tomorrow off from my day job as holiday because they could only deliver in the afternoon and I am just finishing two days off. I recorded that video on Saturday night! I am so glad you think I am a natural on camera, because YouTube is fast becoming my second home – After here of course!

        That’s a lot of washing up ! I usually wash the dishes in the afternoon when the solar panel has the water at it’s hottest. Best time for me to have a shower as well as the sun reheats the water before the cold nights set in.
        Sorry to hear about your fridge. I hope it wasn’t full. And what a pain to have to take a day off to receive the replacement. My fridge only has drinks in it as my meals are cooked for me. So there’s nothing to lose if my fridge dies. 😀

      10. Thanks. Yep, I am not a housewifey type at all and have to block my time with all of the work I have to get done. So I save the washing up to do in one big bulk time. A huge benefit to being single. My dad used to poke fun of me for leaving the washing up for a few days, so now I please myself and leave it for many days or a week if I feel like it. I rinse it, if I need to. I love being young and quirky, young and quirky people don’t wash up everyday – Or at least this one doesn’t. Perish the thought! There is so much more for me to do in my life, to live it to the max. I hate housework full stop. I spend most of yesterday doing house stuff, including some dusting – That’s enough dusting for most of the year, me thinks. I have a shower every morning before my day job. Usually I chill with the heat and take 40 mins a lot of the time. I only have 3 days holiday and a few hours left to take until the end of march, so it’s a complete bummer in that respect. Anyway, everything happens for a reason and I have worked out why I am meant to be off tomorrow, so hopefully I can get it done. Mostly it was vegetables in the freezer. Soya milk was warm. I have had to get UHT soya milk.

        3 days of holiday left ? Still, that’s 3 days of holiday ! Yay !

      13. That’s a great idea of yours for Valentine’s Day.
        I have been discussing with my local friends about me having a Valentine’s Day party in my apartment. I can’t confirm it yet until I know the side effects I will get from the radioactive IV/drip I’m going to have on the 28th Jan. Fingers crossed it will be okay for me 😀
