Hi everyone
The Christmas lights were switched on in Exeter around 6.30pm.
I love Christmas because of:
The magic.
The creativity of decorating the Christmas tree. Of making decorations and Christmas cards and of writing your own personalised poetical verses in cards.
The lights, Christmas tree, tinsel and other decorations. I decorate every room in my flat.
Spending more time with my parents, Grandma and guineapigs.
Eating lots of my favourite foods including sugar free chocolate and ice-cream.
Santa Parents giving me pressies. I love buying lots of presents for my family and I love receiving them too.
Not drinking alcohol. I enjoy drinking fresh juice and Appletiser instead.
Reaching another Christmas and feeling happy to be alive.
Enjoy every bit of Christmas.
Write soon
Sandra

Thanks Al. I mistakenly thought you said it was on yesterday (Friday) and I rushed home to watch it for 6.30pm. Then I found out it is on 7.50pm tomorrow (now today). I phoned my mum up to ask her. Thanks for letting me know. It should be an epic episode. I hope you enjoy it. I was a little late for 6.30pm anyway due to me reporting a stray black Labrador dog in the city centre. It kept running into the road without a collar.

I hope it was microchipped too. I love dogs. It only looked about one or two years old.

Bless you Sherri. It is great that you like it. I love your positivity surrounding Christmas. I started doing some Christmas shopping in July but then I stopped because of vets bills so I need to get a shift on again.

Mmm, I love all of that, and I love hanging up decorations, years in the collecting, many with pix of my kids. And watching my kids open presents, sometimes with pumping fists raised. Wonderful memories. Thanks for sharing yours.
